James Lynch, PhD, Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland Medical

The author of the "Cry Unheard", Dr. James Lynch has pioneered work (circa 1977), into the understanding of our circulatory system, blood pressure, and many health factors outside the "wisdom" of conventional western medicine that has gained him international prestige in the medical community and beyond. For more than 30 years he served on the full time medical school faculties at JHU, Univ. of MD, and Univ. of Penn; his original work was translated into 10 languages. He established the foundations of "communicative disease" (during ordinary conversations, blood pressure can rise far higher than it does during maximum physical exercise). He was also the first to establish how all this happens without a change in heart rate. His groundbreaking discoveries will be of invaluable assistance in contributing to an understanding how stress variables influence emotional components as they relate to health in aging.
