Mr. Lenhard has practiced Business law over 50 years that includes wide experience and expertise in innovative business strategies. Consulting and planning in the vision and early startup of Elder LifeCare Foundation, Inc. Mr. Lenhard is lifelong resident of Baltimore, Maryland, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and Finance and the University of Maryland School of Law. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lenhard has successful experience in business development that includes a regional real estate company serving the State of Maryland and involvement with the insurance industry.

John Cull, PhD

Visionary, pioneer and a father of Rehabilitation Counseling in America at MCV/VCU

Received a doctorate in clinical psychology from Texas Tech University. He was in the independent practice of clinical psychology for over 13 years and formerly was Assistant Commissioner of the Virginia State Department of Rehabilitation. He has held teaching and academic administrative positions with Baylor University College of Medicine, Our Lady of the Lake University, St. Mary's University, Texas A & M University, Texas Tech University, The University of Virginia, and Virginia Commonwealth University. He has authored and edited over 72 books and has published over 50 articles in professional journals in the areas of Clinical, Counseling, and Medical Psychology.

Mr. Leahy has been the President of Management and Marketing Associates, a management consulting firm, since 1986. Previously, Mr. Leahy spent 34 years of his career with Black & Decker Corporation, where he served as President and CEO of the United States subsidiary from 1979 to 1981 and President and Group Executive Officer of the Western Hemisphere of Black & Decker Corporation from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Leahy is currently a director of B&L Sales, Inc. and Chairman of Integra Health Management, Inc. He is also Trustee Emeritus of the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College, Maryland. He has served as a director of the Company or one of its predecessors since 1994.
