Elder LifeCare Foundation (ELF) is dedicated to the mission of supporting quality of life. Changing circumstances in the nature of social order has created new rules and expectations that in many ways challenge quality of life. Given that people are constantly adapting to change, they have the capacity, interest and will to learn strategies that can ensure a more fulfilling life. Forces of social change, that over the last 50 or so years, has happened quickly. The results are dramatic changes in lifestyle. Many of us feel less in control of our destinies. Rapid social change gives rise to need for adjustment and balance.

Through a system of efforts to reach out, ELF will begin the process of building a dialogue with people everywhere to address the issues of aging and strategies that can help maintain a better quality of life.
