Foundation Funding

Unsavory Saboteurs Caught in the Act

In today's world, it is not uncommon for forces of envy to lurk in surveillance over successful Foundations, with special interest in their ability to raise funds. Unknown to the Elder LifeCare Foundation, an individual capable of gaining inside insight into the financial transactions of the foundation attempted to organize a group of individuals who were attempting to derail the foundation's current funding initiatives. In an apparent effort to sabotage the Foundation's funding, extreme activities were made by this group to "investigate" and then discredit and malign the organizations funding strategy which is detailed in its patent. Furthermore, it has come to our attention that direct efforts were made to undermine the credibility and activities of the Foundation's Founder and Visionary. Carefully planned manipulative communications were undertaken with at least one board member and even the Executive Director, who, believing the propaganda indicated that he would consider resigning. At present, the motive of this group and its ring leader are unclear.

Perhaps the foundation's philosophy and capital driven solutions to aging problems may be ideas that somehow annoy members of this group, who otherwise could be sycophantic supporters of the government socialists agenda, to maintain the status quo. That is just a guess as we may never fully comprehend the hysterical anger of these reckless agenda seekers.

But, the good news is that the crisis is now contained.

Costa Rica Project

Dennis Rosengarten of Treasure Financial Services introduced the Foundation to a great opportunity to collaboratively develop a resort community and training hospital in Costa Rica. Considering that the resort community will undoubtedly attract high numbers of retirees, the Foundation is an ideal partner to facilitate quality of life solutions in housing and healthcare for the residents. Furthermore, the Foundation's professional resources in the healthcare field, especially geriatrics and rehabilitation are an ideal fit to help build program agendas for a local state of the art, training and research medical facility that can also serve the special interests of aging residents in the local resort communities. Run collaboratively, this real estate development project can quickly become a model community to showcase the most compelling solution for aging people worldwide.

The enclosed project paper may help shed some light on the proprietary methodology. It details a project in the making for many years to serve the elder communities of the Blood Nation and Siksika reservations in southern Alberta, Canada. A similar project, with the addition of a teaching hospital on the leading edge of aging healthcare and psychological research is envisioned in Costa Rica.

From all of us at Elder LifeCare Foundation who, these many years, have dedicated so much of their time and energy to making a better life for elders, we thank you for your guidance, patience and help.
