The Elder LifeCare Foundation supports quality of life improvement of dependent, vulnerable citizens. In coordination with some of the outstanding scholars in medical schools and universities across the country, ELF has designed wide-ranging programs that will improve the quality of life of our older citizens in eldercare facilities and nursing homes. And, programs that will assist dysfunctional children and adolescents.
